Learning organisation

Learning is increasingly regarded as an important and sustainable competitive advantage for companies and organisations. A learning organisation is strong in two things:

  • Creating, acquiring, interpreting, passing on and retaining knowledge (Garvin, Edmondson, Gino; HBR, 2008)
  • Proactively changing their own operation and behaviour as a function of these new insights.

Together with you we will look for the principles, processes and preconditions which can make your organisation a learning organisation - or which for the moment are preventing this. We examine the interaction between 5 factors: Processes in knowledge management, Learning and how learning is organised, Organisational structure and culture, People management and Technology.
