On-the-job coaching is an ideal solution when an employee or manager temporarily needs advice or a sounding board to test out his plans.
Kluwer has a network of more than 800 freelance trainers, coaches and experienced professionals in more than 19 specialised areas. They can act as mentor by, for example, attending on-the-job meetings or work consultations. This can also take place off-the-job in several mentoring sessions.
